Applicants should possess the following minimal qualifications:

– Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with customers

– Basic troubleshooting and mechanical ability

– Strong work ethic

– Ability to prioritize and multitask while working in a fast-paced environment

– Valid and Clean Missouri Driver’s License

– Available some evenings and weekends

– Ability to work outside under all conditions

Past experience in landscaping/landscaper, mowing, fertilization, pest control/exterminator, plumbing/plumber, labor/laborer, handyman, Hvac, pipe fitting/pipe fitter, carpentry/carpenter, automotive repair/mechanic, pool care, landscape lighting, maintenance, grounds maintenance, general construction, golf course maintenance, or equipment operation/operator is great and very applicable to this position.
